Lambeth Council's Food Poverty and Insecurity Action Plan identifies key groups most at risk, including low-income households, ethnic minorities, the homeless, and those with mental health issues or disabilities. The Lunch Club supports these vulnerable groups by providing hot, nutritious meals to those who struggle to afford or prepare food, including individuals without cooking facilities, those reliant on free school meals, and people facing tough choices between food and heating. Alongside vital hot meals, The Lunch Club offers a welcoming space for social connection, as well as practical advice and support through our Link Worker's services.
