ABOUT US
Welcome to The Lunch Club
The Lunch Club is a local charity in Streatham working to alleviate food poverty and social isolation. Providing people with a safe space to come together, we offer nutritious meals, opportunities to socialise and access green space as well as support from our link worker.

Lambeth Council's Food Poverty and Insecurity Action Plan identifies key groups most at risk, including low-income households, ethnic minorities, the homeless, and those with mental health issues or disabilities. The Lunch Club supports these vulnerable groups by providing hot, nutritious meals to those who struggle to afford or prepare food, including individuals without cooking facilities, those reliant on free school meals, and people facing tough choices between food and heating. Alongside vital hot meals, The Lunch Club offers a welcoming space for social connection, helping to reduce isolation and loneliness.
